1. Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate shipping fee for all orders:
- Flat Rate Shipping: $8.95 per order
This flat rate applies to both domestic and international orders, though international orders may incur additional customs fees as detailed below.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
Once processed, domestic orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days. We primarily ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the package size, weight, and destination.
4. International Shipping
International orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after processing. Delivery times can vary significantly depending on the destination country's customs procedures and local postal services.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Solar Car Roof Light is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, Solar Car Roof Light is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, unforeseen weather conditions, customs processing, or other events beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these orders will be shipped exclusively via USPS.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@solarcarrooflight.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
9. Restricted Countries
We do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. export restrictions or sanctions. If your country is on such a list, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
